What a great display of drafting skill – and organization! I’m puzzled though – did you decide at the end to change the tree color from green to white or did I imagine that in the rapid flurry of screenshots?
It was always going to be the cream (white) colour, as it’s supposed to be the same dress she’s worn in all the previous strips. I usually fill her dress with a colour that’s got more contrast so that I can spot gaps in the fill at the edges, then change it to cream near the end. In this case I picked a dark green as I didn’t think I was likely to use green as a bauble colour so it seemed like a good contrasting colour. It was only ever meant as a temporary fill, but using green has lead to this same question from various other people as well 😀
