Elvie: We use a lot of FOSS libraries in our code --
-- we should try to give something back to those projects
Boss: Yes, we should *definitely* support all of the third party developers we rely on so much

Elvie: I'll audit the code to find out which libraries we use…
That will let us create a "Software Bill of Materials"
Boss: Do we really need to use the word bill?
Why not just call it a list? And maybe limit it to the top two or three things…
